With Gretchen’s use of a collaborative and authentic approach to therapy, you have the agency to help define what healing looks like. Gretchen believes in and utilizes a holistic approach, while also remaining adaptive to the unique needs of each person. Mindfulness and the power of relationship are core elements of her work. She draws from client-centered approaches informed by narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT), attachment theory, and existential therapy.

Gretchen strives to create a space that is non-judgmental, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, LGBTQIA affirming, and sex positive. Kinsey Fitzloff LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)

Kinsey believes sustainable wellness involves the mind, body, and compassion. Mindfulness, psychoeducation, and curiosity are the backdrop of sessions with Kinsey. And because Kinsey believes knowledge paves the path to freedom, you can expect to learn more about how your brain and body interact with anxiety; somatic (body) exercises to grow your mind/body connection; understanding your patterns and getting to the root of them instead of just treating the symptoms; naming, regulating, and processing emotions; what healthy boundaries look like and how to set them; how neurodivergent brains differ from neurotypical brains and tools for navigating the world as a neurodivergent person.

Kinsey specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety related disorders (generalized anxiety, OCD, panic disorder), neurodivergence (autism and ADHD) and various relationship dynamics (ENM, kink, domestic violence, those recovering from abusive relationships). Kinsey is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an eye movement therapy used to treat trauma and PTSD. Kinsey is also a 200-hr certified holistic yoga practitioner through Yoga Alliance and uses her knowledge of the body to partner with somatic therapy.

Feel free to reach out to Kinsey via phone, 507-339-5363 (text is fine) or email, kinsey@northsidecenter.net to schedule a free 15 minute consultation or an intake session.
