Independent Contractor – Therapist Position
Build your private-practice career at NCE Wellness.
Autonomy. Sustainable caseloads. Clinical growth. Administrative support.
NCE Wellness is a small, independent practice and integrative wellness center in North Minneapolis. We offer therapists many of the benefits of private practice—flexibility, autonomy, strong earning potential, and the freedom to build a caseload around their own clinical interests—without having to manage the administrative demands of running a practice on their own.
We pay a high percentage so therapists can maintain manageable, sustainable caseloads. We handle billing, insurance claims, marketing, referrals, and other administrative responsibilities so you can spend more of your time focused on your clients and your clinical work.
Our therapists work with a wide range of concerns and diagnoses and are encouraged to develop caseloads that reflect their own areas of interest, experience, and expertise. NCE also has a special interest in evidence-based treatment for anxiety and OCD, and therapists who are interested in growing in these areas have access to consultation, continuing education, and NCE-sponsored trainings with nationally recognized clinicians. There is no expectation that therapists specialize in or primarily treat anxiety or OCD.
We’re proud of the environment we’ve created and welcome prospective applicants to connect with our current therapists to hear directly about their experience working at NCE.

Build a Practice That Works for You
At NCE Wellness, we believe therapists do their best work when their work is sustainable. Our goal is to provide the infrastructure and support of a group practice while preserving the autonomy and flexibility that draw many therapists to private practice in the first place.
We want our therapists to have room for their work, their professional growth, and their lives outside of work.
