Gentle yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative practice that is nurturing and relaxing. Perfect for new yogis, those looking for a gentle class or who may be recovering from injuries. The combination of mindful movement and breathwork will leave you feeling refreshed and your body will thank you. All sizes, abilities, and ages are welcome. Adaptations for poses will be available and students will have the option to use a chair. No previous yoga experience necessary.
